About Rachael
After working in the industry as an Architectural Technologist for several years, I decided to pursue a career as a high school technology teacher. In my efforts there, I also completed a degree in adult education while developing my teaching experience through teaching adults and helping them prepare to write their GED test.
I am technically capable, and fully believe that I can foster an inclusive, engaging, and friendly learning environment free from judgement and help my students truly understand the content they are working on.

My goal is not only to assist with mathematics and preparation for writing the GED but to ensure my students understand the content to foster knowledge and ability to pass tests without having to memorize answers.
What sets me apart as a tutor is that I have several years experience working with adults learning mathematics to prepare for the Ontario GED test, as well as also being a certified Ontario high school teacher.
In addition to that, I am an Architectural Technologist, which has led me to develop a solid mathematics understanding and base.
My main experience is with Ontario grades 9-10 math curriculum (GED expectations). But I am well versed with Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry.
