About Frank
As a German teacher, I have the linguistic, methodical and educational knowledge to be able to teach every person, child or adult, according to their personal needs. In school lessons it becomes clear that people have their own, often very different, prerequisites and learn in different ways - but there is hardly any opportunity in a class to respond to them. In individual or small group lessons, I am able to offer everyone the best, personally appropriate learning conditions.

It is important for the learners that they are not taught according to a strict scheme, but individually according to their needs and level of knowledge. The lesson itself serves primarily to prepare and follow up on the current school content, to clarify questions and to check the learning progress, also with regard to requirements such as: B. a class work. Language practice is another essential component of these hours. In addition, I offer support for various forms of “homework“. For example, a free, scientifically supported online program, with which the specific knowledge gaps can be recorded in order to close them with needs-based exercises. Freely accessible learning videos can also be a good addition to teaching. With such “homework” in between, you can learn much more and more effectively than would be possible with a double lesson per week! Learning should be fun, only then can good results be achieved. That's why I try to respond to personal needs and maintain a relaxed style.

Perfect! Sehr angenehm, perfekte Kommunikation
Perfect! Mit F. haben wir für unser Kind genau den Lehrer gefunden den wir gesucht haben - er ist immer freundlich, hervorragend vorbereitet, kennt sich mit "digitalen Medien" aus. Besser als manch' ein aktiver Lehrer bei unserem Kind an der Schule. Seine pädagogischen Ansätze fokussieren auf die Stärken und nicht auf die Defizite. Auch wenn diese die Grundlage des Unterrichts sind. Der Unterricht findet online statt und ich sehe wie konzentriert und motiviert unser Kind ist und sich auf jede Stunde freut. Vielleicht ist das hier etwas zu viel Lob, aber es ist verdient und echt. Kurz: wir sind froh, dass wir uns weder von vielen noch von wenigen Bewertungen beeindrucken lassen und Frank gewählt haben. Wir empfehlen F. daher sehr gerne!

Wir nutzen eine Padlet-Plattform im Internet für die schriftliche Kommunikation im Online-Unterricht. Sie bearbeitet dort die Aufgaben und notiert eigenständig gefundene Regeln und Ergebnisse, um sie für sich zu wiederholen.
Wir haben beide große Freude an den Stunden!

Details
Hello, the prices refer to a lesson of 45 minutes via webcam. For learning progress, it makes sense to book at least one double lesson of 90 minutes each week. Deviations from this are possible after consultation. For home visits in Oldenburg, I charge an additional 5 € travel costs per appointment.
