I believe in an inquiry based approach to instruction. Each new concept is introduced with an essential question that will be answered through investigation. This may involve real life experiments, online lab simulations, thought experiments, review of scientific literature, or other means of data collection and analysis.
Furthermore, I present each concept as an essential puzzle piece—one of several that must be connected to provide a complete understanding of the subject.
