I have been a high school teacher for over five years and running.
Have taught the subject to all high school grades, with three years' experience at grade 12 level.

A baseline assessment to give me a better perspective of the learner's knowledge base, areas of strength and weakness.
I am largely constructivist, allowing the learner opportunities to construct meaning for themselves through guided teaching and learning.
The learner is the driver of their learning, in the sense that they're given the space and freedom to learn at their own pace.
I consider myself a facilitator of learning rather than a dispenser of knowledge.
