About Sarah
I am a third-year high school math teacher in North Carolina. I have taught everything from Math 1 to Math 4 in the North Carolina public school curriculum. I graduated from East Carolina University with both my Bachelor's in Mathematics Secondary Education/Mathematics and my Master's in Mathematics Education. During that time, I worked as a Math tutor and Teaching Assistant in the lower level math classes (i.e., College Algebra). I also teach part-time at a community college teaching Calculus.

I teach using a one on one method where students can bring me practice problems, homework, classwork, etc. and I will work through them with them. I pride myself on my ability to teach students who have lower understandings/proficiency in mathematics from upper middle school to high school levels. My specialties are Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus, but can teach any math subject with preparation time.
