About Victoria
I have been passionately teaching English for over 10 years. I enjoy literature and inspiring students to think critically and creatively. I enjoy guiding high school students through the writing process and encourage them to develop their own voice and critical view on a topic or theme. Through collaboration and conferencing students gain confidence in their writing assignments, presentations, tests and media tasks.

I have a passion for Shakespeare and can help students interpret the complex verse of his plays, while developing critical thinking skills in all units of study in high school English courses. I can facilitate students in drafting their essays from the initial brainstorming stage until the editing stage and ensure it is properly formatted in MLA. Overall, my aim is to assist students in not only excelling academically, but develop a passion for literature and writing at the same time!
