About Joel
Hi everyone! My name is Joel, and in 2020 I graduated from high school with an ATAR of 97.00 unadjusted, being a student in the first year under this new system.
I am currently studying a Bachelor of Advanced Science at UQ, with a specialisation in Applied Mathematics, and minors in both Physics and Ecology. Maths has always been a passion of mine, and I hope to share my love of the subject with you all.
So, if you’re a passionate mathematics or physics student, or if you need some advice about study after high school, let me know because I’m here to help.
Also, my availabilities are flexible. So, if the time you need isn't listed, message me anyway and I'll see if I can squeeze you in.

As your tutor, I’m not interested in giving you the answers. I’m here to work with you to reach the destination you’re already heading towards, by guiding you along the way. Whether it’s exam preparation, assignment writing or if you’re stuck on that one tricky concept, I’ve got you covered.
In addition to this, I also have experience in guiding prospective university students into the right courses for them. Having volunteered at TSXPO (Tertiary Studies & Careers Expo) and UQ open days, I am more than capable of walking you through the mess that is figuring out where to go after high school.

Please note I will not be offering the first lesson for free, the website requires that to be enabled. For travelling to students, less that 15min travel time is no charge, any longer and my hourly rate applies.
