Most teachers tell you or teach you how to do something but don't teach you to understand the work. I will help you understand why you're doing the work, how it will benefit you, and how to apply the knowledge to homework, tests, quizzes, and more. There are many students out there that are being told what to do by their teacher instead of actually understanding the material. My goal as a tutor is to have my clients understand why they're learning this, how it benefits them, and why they're getting it wrong. That is what sets me apart as a tutor and as a student. My lessons are for students who are 9th grade and younger. Most importantly I want a student who doesn't just hear what I'm teaching them but listens and that will ultimately help them through school and life.
