About Yashbrata
Hi, I am Yash! I am a direct-entry medical student at Monash University and an IB graduate who scored a perfect 45 in the May 2025 exams, placing among the top IB students worldwide.
Having recently completed the IB myself, I understand exactly what it takes to succeed in the program and how challenging it can feel.
I have over a year and a half and 500+ hours of tutoring experience, during which I have worked with multiple students and provided detailed feedback on their Internal Assessments and Extended Essays to help them achieve the highest grades possible.
I offer personalised tutoring for IB students, focusing on building strong conceptual understanding, exam technique, and confidence. My sessions are structured but adaptable, helping students develop the skills needed to perform consistently in internal assessments, extended essays, and final exams.
I have received multiple offers to study medicine from leading Australian universities, as well as from prestigious UK institutions such as Imperial College London.

I have known Yash for a long time, and he has truly been a pleasure to work with! I think one of the things that really makes him unique is that he does not simply focus on lesson content but actually helps with strategies related to the exams themselves. He is really patient when explaining concepts, too. One of the most memorable events I remembered was when I had an upcoming test that I was really nervous about, but he was able to make me feel calm and confident before taking the test, which allowed me to perform well on the test. Overall, I would recommend him as a tutor because he has allowed me to increase my score from the low 30s to the 40s in the IB Program!
