About Andrew
Hey, I'm Andrew. I'm a high school student with a strong background in math. I've maintained a 100% average in math for the past three years. I know how confusing math can get, so I focus on breaking things down clearly and helping students feel more confident. I'm easy to talk to, patient, and I want you to succeed. I provide math lessons to students in Grades 8-11. My lessons are built around clear explanations and guided practice. Each lesson begins by reviewing any questions or topics that you're finding difficult. From there, we look at problems step by step, I explain concepts in a simple way, and guide you through similar problems until you're confident solving them on your own. Lessons are flexible and move at your pace, so there's no pressure. Since I'm a Grade 11 student, I've taken these math courses recently, and I know the common challenges and how to explain things in a way that makes sense. My goal is always to help students feel confident and in control of their math learning.

I had a quick math lesson with Andrew. He was able to explain quadratic equations to me in a way that was very easy to visualize and understand. He was on time for the call, and had good audio quality and internet connectivity. He streamed a virtual whiteboard which made things very easy, and he was able to upload my homework questions onto it to help me solve them :) Andrew is amazing!
