About Punam
Hello and welcome to my yoga practice! My name is Punam, and I am a certified yoga instructor with 3 years of experience. Yoga has been an essential part of my life for many years, and I am excited to share my passion and knowledge with you.
My yoga practice is rooted in the belief that yoga is not just a physical exercise, but a holistic approach to wellness that benefits the mind, body, and spirit. In my classes, I focus on creating a safe and inclusive environment that encourages students to explore their limits, cultivate mindfulness, and find inner peace.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my classes are designed to meet you where you are and help you develop a deeper understanding of your body, breath, and mind. I believe that yoga is a journey, and I am honored to be your guide on this path.

Starting with warm up then aasana and pranayama followed by meditation. It's completely designed schedule for healthy mindset as well as healthy body.

As far as I know Punam has started teaching Yoga at young age and after taking few sessions I hv come to know that she is ofcourse a good tutor but along with that I believe she has 'never give up' attitude which makes her more confident and enthusiastic. First of all she is great in yoga which is the one quality which is needed the most.
She is also good in explaining things in simpler way so that its easy to understand also she understands the benifits of what she is doing and i think she will do great giving it to her studentsShe is a very good teacher... I had back problems and she helped me alot.
