About Summer
Hi, I’m Summer! I’m 17 and currently studying Media and English in college. I have a Grade 9 in GCSE English and a big passion for all things creative. I like to think of myself as a calm and kind person! I’ve always loved writing and anything creative—English has been my best subject since an early age. I struggled with self-esteem and peer pressure during my high school years, which often got in the way of my academics. But when I put my mind to it, I did great—and that helped me push through it all. I want more young people to know that you always have a chance.

As someone who struggled with anxiety at school, I know first hand how stressful exams and grades can be. I aim to make my lessons calm, friendly, and pressure-free in hopes to build confidence as well as skills. I focus on creative writing, poetry, reading, and analysis, but if there is something you need to work on, we can definitely focus on that! I hope to make English less scary ️
