First and foremost, I build a connection with every student and work from there. I preder to use a task-basked learning method, though this can differ from student to student depending on their needs and abilities.
It is important for me to meet a student and assess their learning needs in order to most effectively identify which method of teaching will co-align with their learning capacity.
