About Himaja
I am a student pursuing my UG in Computer Science and Engineering passing out in June 2023. By the time I get my job at least I should be independent and I want to know the upcoming students to get to know the desires to be independent and by sharing knowledge to them.

I'm also not qualified to say who is elite, and who isn't. What I can say is that inner motivation and intent goes a long way. But it also depends on the type of inner motivation and intent. You see I had people with impressive degrees, undergrad all the way to PhD, working for me. They were all clearly motivated and driven in a tough unforgiving environment that tolerated no slackers. But usually, in fact the norm, their motivation wasn't pure in the sense that you and I would rate. Often it was a desire for career progression and riches, and to be part of the network. So they would learn what was needed, but no more. So they picked up things reasonably, up to a point, but this included both sound concepts and old hand me down wives tales. They didn't go beyond the minimum they were supposed to learn. I was always pushing them. And they rarely liked it.
