Helping youth to make math make sense on their level regarding their interests.

When I think of a teacher, I picture an individual with a lot of patience and understanding, not only in what is being taught, but how to interact and relate to the students. Reflecting back to when Quentin and I worked together, I remember how easy it was to talk and work with him. He completed every task that was given to him with great initiative and a positive attitude. Communication is key when teaching and in that aspect, he certainly excels. Without a doubt in my mind, I believe that Quentin has all of the qualities a teacher would possess.
