About Sarah
I have been a Motivational Educator for 10 years and have taught and motivated thousands of students and mentees. I have coached over 100 people in empowerment and performance, although I only decided to gain my Life Coaching accreditation and NLP Master Practitioner certification in 2019.
My clients regularly tell me how well they are doing and how much my coaching sessions helped them to think about and do things they never thought about or did before.
Aside from the above, I have been running my own successful blog (about female empowerment and personal development) for over a year, I am a brand ambassador, a best-selling author and a Support Group Leader.

As an accredited High-Performance Life Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, I use Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy techniques to help you identify and overcome your limiting beliefs and obstacles and change your perception of the world around you - helping you change unwanted behaviours and negative thoughts.
My 1-2-1 coaching programmes are designed to help you transform your life and become your authentic self. I make it a point to support but challenge my clients, helping you to be true to yourself and to empower you to believe in yourself as much as I believe in you. Coaching with me, you will establish control over your own life and create new, positive mind-sets.
You will gain clarity in what you really want, feel more confident and empowered and more able to progress toward achieving your full potential. You will uncover the root cause/s of any limiting beliefs or challenges you may face in your journey to empowerment and we will work together to disassociate you from the “I can’t” attitude and motivate you to take action. By challenging those beliefs, you will begin to understand why you feel, think and do the things you do – or don’t do and start changing the negative thought processes and actions that are holding you back.
