I met Eden in 2018 when she was the program coordinator for Upward Bound and I was a member. At first I was hesitant to join, but I just decided to on a whim and I'm so glad I did. I had a slightly insecure relationship with school and the college process as a whole, but Eden completely changed that for me. She made the environment so comfortable for all the students and we were all able to collaborate and make each other better. Not only was her content knowledge proficient, she knew HOW to gauge our understanding and teach us.
