About Lucy
I’m a professional English coach and since 2018 I’ve been helping primarily Spanish-speaking women communicate with greater confidence, ease and impact in international workplaces.
I’m British and have been living in Spain for more than ten years. During this time, I’ve accumulated thousands of hours of experience supporting intermediate and advanced professionals.
I’ve worked with engineers from a range of disciplines, project leads, business founders and other professionals who use English to lead meetings, facilitate workshops, present projects, explain processes, report on results, work with clients and communicate with colleagues and senior stakeholders across different countries.
My approach is supportive, practical and personalised. Every client has different goals and challenges, so we build the process together and focus on the communication skills that will have the greatest impact on their professional growth.
Sessions are dynamic, practical and focused on real-world objectives. My goal is to help you communicate in English with the same confidence, naturalness and professionalism that you already bring to Spanish.

I work with Spanish-speaking women who are taking on increasingly international responsibilities and need to use English to lead meetings, give presentations, explain processes, report on results, work with clients and communicate confidently with colleagues and senior leaders across different countries.
Lessons are fully personalised and focus on real workplace situations. Depending on your needs, we can work on meetings, presentations, client conversations, explaining processes, presenting data, giving feedback, negotiating, facilitating communication between teams and supporting colleagues in international environments.
During our sessions, I’ll help you develop the vocabulary, fluency and confidence you need to communicate more naturally and effectively in demanding professional contexts.
My goal is to help you lead meetings, present your work, explain complex information and build professional relationships in English with the same confidence and ease that you already have in Spanish.
Lessons are designed for women with an intermediate or advanced level of English who work, or would like to work, in international environments.

Lucy is such a dedicated professional. Always trying to make everybody catch all the concepts. The time I assisted to her class I improved in so many ways my level of English (specially grammar and pronunciation).
I used to work with Lucy for 1-2 years and she's a great teacher. She is patient with students when helping them correct their grammar and vocabulary. She is also friendly to work with. I would recommend Lucy if you are looking for an English teacher/tutor.
I only can think good things of Lucy as my English teacher. Professionalism and the ability to share with her students the motivation to learn, are for me her principal virtue.
