In our sessions, your child will learn how to handle big feelings like shame, anger, and anxiety in a way that actually helps them feel better. We’ll work on letting go of stress stuck in their bodies, building healthy ways to cope, and boosting their confidence. This helps kids focus more, behave better, and feel more ready to take on school and life’s challenges.
