About Doret
Hello and welcome! I’m a certified Life Coach, NLP Practitioner, and Hypnotherapist with years of experience helping people gain clarity, confidence, and direction. My passion is guiding clients through challenges—whether it’s stress, anxiety, limiting beliefs, or big life transitions—so they can step into the best version of themselves. I pride myself on professionalism, empathy, and creating a safe, judgment-free space where you can speak openly. You’ll feel heard, supported, and empowered to make real changes. My sessions combine practical tools, mindset work, and proven techniques that lead to lasting results. I coach fluently in Afrikaans and English, and I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are ready to grow, heal, and move forward with confidence. I offer coaching in both Afrikaans and English, depending on your preference.
