About Julie

Hello, I’m Julie. I help families with struggling readers bring their students up to grade level and provide primary homework support.

I also assist secondary school students with their English assignments and college application essays.

My background: I’m a former primary teacher and reading interventionist (21 years). Additionally, I’ve taught English as a second language to children through adults and I’m a writing coach.

In my spare time I enjoy writing curriculum and travel.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to your needs and I work especially well with neurodivergent students or those with learning disabilities. I’m patient and caring in my approach and truly want to help all learners achieve their learning goals, whatever they might be.
