About Catherine
I have been helping students improve their English communication skills for more than 3 years. Previously, I have had 20 years of experience working in the corporate sector and managed a franchise for an international company under a sales portfolio. My mission is to help more students in the front line improve their English proficiency, so that they can communicate better with their colleagues and customers, and secure better future job opportunities. My teaching method is topic based. I would select a topic based on the current trend or from a news article and plan my lessons around it. Sometimes, I would require my students to review the materials first before class so that we can have a discussion later during our session.

Details
Cancellation policy:
1. Tuition fees are to be settled in full one week before the sessions.
2. If a student cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a replacement lesson will be scheduled.
2. If a student cancel in less than 30 minutes before the lesson, or at the last minute, without a valid reason, he or she will not be eligible to reschedule a replacement lesson and refunds for that session will not be entertained.
