About Marash
All my life I have dedicated myself to body art and exercise,
Throughout my childhood I was a cheerleader, gymnast and Olympic swimmer.
When I was in my teens I continued as a cheerleader for teams such as the Zebras and Cardinals (American football team), I continued with pole dance fitness, after that I began to discover my taste and ability for circus arts with aerial hoops, fabrics, flexibility and juggling such as pois, staffs, dragons, hoops and fire fans.
Remember, you have to start somewhere, and I started just like you. In fact, I'm still here! I'm still a student and apprentice so I can serve you, share with you, and give you more knowledge and value.
The best investment you can make in life is in yourself, there's no doubt about that. Don't miss out on these classes or waste another day without being flexible or realizing your full potential.

About the lesson

I promise you:
-You will significantly improve your technique and body posture.
-You will open body channels, as well as gain strength, endurance, and greater opening of both squats and splits.
-You'll be able to use the exercises and techniques seen in class in your daily routine, suitable for your home or training location.
-You will have lifetime follow-up with me one on one.
-You'll have the opportunity to join a group with lifelong tips and advice on flexibility and an incredible community.
-You will be able to correct bad postures or exercises.
-You will feel a drastic change in body, mind and spirit.
Classes can be one hour or one and a half hours long.
We always start with a brief warm-up, then move on to technical exercises to improve flexibility. We do flexibility tricks, correct posture, and answer questions, before concluding with a brief presentation of everything covered in class.
