About Christina
As well as having teaching experience,I have also been a mural painter ,taking individual commissions,to paint on children's bedroom walls .I have been under the tutor Peter Burgess a Royal academician and attend current art exhibitions,keeping an awareness of current art trends.I have had two exhibitions of my own work one at broad street and one at my local library.I have also attended classes at the Nottingham Contemporary.

My style of teaching is to provide the necessary tools needed to improve the ability of the art student.To provide art historical perspectives.Initially I would get some practical sessions going in order to find out the students level of skill.I would suggest relevant reading matter and encourage the student to practise outside of being taught in order to find the discipline to improve their art.Still life projects together with drawing studies outside ,culminating in teaching painting technique,to enrich the learning experience
