About Abril
My name is Abril Ouéi. I began to train as a dancer at the age of 12, studying contemporary dance, jazz dance, and classical dance. At the age of 18 I changed styles completely, specializing in Hip Hop, Popping and Waacking (and a little bit in Breakin ').
As a result of a leg injury I had in my 20s, I began to investigate the functioning and care of the body, and it was a one way road.
Today I read a lot about it, constantly deepening and training myself through seminars, courses, and personalized classes. In fact, this year, 2022, I am going to start a degree in Kinesiology and Physiatry at the UBA.
I then took courses in Personal Training, Yoga, Injury Prevention, and Anatomy, Physiology and Biomechanics, applied to different disciplines.

About the lesson

I have training and experience in dance, body rehabilitation and personal training.
Classes are taught in the following way:
- live online (that is, I do not work with recorded classes),
- Or face-to-face in the Balvanera neighborhood, where I have the necessary elements for us to work.
Classes last an hour and a half, where we generally warm up, train, and stretch; Unless you are interested in us working in another way, in which case we will talk about it and set up a planned class based on your objectives.
Regarding the training modality, we can perform a variety of jobs such as strength, endurance, mobility, re-education postural, and / or injury prevention.
Classes are aimed at people of any age, as long as they are over 18 years old (without exception).
This is a space where I look for that you can train respecting your times, with patience, and paying attention to the body.
