My name is Amalan Antony,
I have completed BE Mechanical in 2015.
Have experience in Automotive interior and exterior plastic trims using catia v5 and Nx software.
Experience:
Volvo GTT Bangalore - 3.4 years in Automotive Trims
Hivec Rhino Chennai - 3.6 years in Automotive Trims.
Currently pursuing my Masters in Advanced Engineering Design in Brunel university.

• Design & Development of Automotive Interior and Exterior Plastic trims such as Cockpit, Console, Door using Catia V5 and Nx.
• 3D Modelling (Solid & Surface), Assembly & Drafting.(Generative shape design,
• A to B Surfacing from Styling surfaces, master sections and environment data
• Remastering of complex components.
• Knowledge of Plastic Materials, Injection Moulding Process
• Design of Assembly features like Locators, Snap Fits and Bosses using DFMEA.
• Redesigning the Parts with proposals and modifications.
• Basic knowledge of GD &T.
• BOM creation & Data storage.
• Giving exposure about Volvo GTT.
