About Noemi
I have been a masseuse for 6 years, specializing in foot reflexology and quiromassage, and I have been learning yoga, pilates and fitness for about 4 years. Uniting these 2 disciplines, I decided to become a Pilates instructor. I have studied the Pilates Instruction in Mat course at the INEX Pilates school, the only school in Galicia with a Pilates Method Alliance certificate, and in October 2018 I will finish the Pilates Instruction in Machines course, also at this school. In addition, I have studied the first 2 courses of the Psychology degree by the UNED

Do you want to get fit, improve your strength and / or flexibility? Or are you looking for a training that will help you recover from an injury or adapt to your physical condition, allowing you to improve as much as possible? Or are you an athlete and seek to improve your body position? If the answer to any of these questions is yes, then Pilates is your solution. Pilates is a type of training in which the whole body is worked with a special emphasis on the core (center of the body). This discipline is not at all aggressive, so that everyone can practice it and notice improvements in their body, and there is no age limit! In Pilates we work balance, strength, flexibility, concentration and breathing so that your day to day is more bearable, and over time you will notice that daily activities such as climbing hills, carrying weight or even keeping calm will be much more bearable. In addition, in Pilates we look for a correct corporal positioning, and that little by little the student is able to apply this postural correction to his daily life by himself. The vast majority, in fact, do it without realizing it! For this reason, even elite athletes will notice their benefits. If you still have doubts, try a free first class, without commitment!
