About Victor
Welcome to my cooking classes! As a professional chef with a track record of 24 years in the hospitality industry, I am excited to share my knowledge and experiences with all of you.
During my career, I have had the opportunity to work in five-star luxury hotels, where excellence and attention to detail are paramount. These environments have taught me the importance of providing impeccable service and the ability to create unforgettable dining experiences for the most discerning diners.
In addition, I have had the honor of working in restaurants awarded with Michelin stars, where the passion for gastronomy reaches its maximum expression. This experience has made me appreciate and respect the products and the seasons and learn from the best chefs in the world, incorporating innovative and creative techniques into my repertoire.
My love of cooking has led me to live and work in various iconic cities around the world. I have had the privilege of exploring the vibrant flavors of Barcelona, the cradle of modern Spanish gastronomy, and immersing myself in the rich culinary culture of San Sebastián, known for its avant-garde cuisine and delicious pintxos.
The island of Ibiza, with its unique energy, offered me the opportunity to delight visitors in prestigious establishments and renowned restaurants, including the renowned Pacha, where I fused the freshness of local ingredients promoting Mexican gastronomy.
My culinary journey also took me to London, a city in constant gastronomic turmoil, where I advised at the acclaimed El Pastor restaurant.
In addition, I had the opportunity to explore the exuberant culinary culture of India, where I worked as a corporate chef for 9 years. This experience allowed me to delve into the flavors and spices of Indian cuisine.
Not only have I traveled and worked in international destinations, but I have also had the opportunity to explore the rich culinary culture of places like Egypt and Dubai, where I discovered new ingredients, techniques and culinary traditions that have enriched my gastronomic knowledge.
My vast experience in the hospitality industry has given me a deep understanding of the importance of quality, creativity and passion in the kitchen. My goal is to pass this passion on to my students, helping them develop strong culinary skills and confidence in the kitchen.
Whatever your level of experience, my classes are designed to suit your individual needs and goals. I'll guide you step by step, sharing professional techniques, tips and tricks that will allow you to explore and experiment in the kitchen with confidence.

I am delighted to offer inspiring and flavorful cooking classes with a focus on using local produce. Now, I have decided to share my passion and knowledge with you through my cooking classes. My goal is to provide you with a unique and enriching experience, where you will discover the secrets behind each dish and learn to combine flavors in a creative way. From basic techniques to more sophisticated recipes, I'll guide you step by step on a culinary journey that will spark your love of cooking.
It doesn't matter if you are a curious beginner or a seasoned enthusiast, my classes will be adapted to your level and learning style. Together, we will explore different culinary cultures, preparation techniques, and presentation of dishes.
