I have been a 4 star chef for years and owned my own Bed and Breakfast with restaurant and had huge weddings. I always swore there wasn't anything I couldn't do. My teaching methodology is to show you and talk you through things step by step. I am all about realia and kinesthesia. This means you can feel and touch and that is how you learn. So in cooking you taste and smell ingredients as they go in so you can get used to how they smell and taste on their own. So when you start you will get a list of all the recipes. You will need to go shopping before the class. We will cook the recipe and you will feed your family. You will give them grade cards to score you. You will email them to me
