Since the Covid-19 pandemic new attention must be focused on keeping cooking safe from spreading future diseases. I have worked for numerous restaurant chains and competed in the Mezzetta Sandwich National Competition numerous times. I am a school-certified Secondary teacher, certified to teach cooking. My approach to cooking is to be healthy, economical and safe. My recipes will include healthy fillers and eliminate waste. I may be one of the healthiest cooks to date based on my medical records. Follow these cooking shortcuts and be the successful, healthy cook you deserve to be! I Started food serving at the age of 10 and have worked for many restaurant chains including American and Greek restaurants. I became a Meat Cook for the McDonald's chain after 13 years. I have worked for every National Restaurant chain except Country Buffet, Dunkin’ Donuts, Planet Hollywood, and Red Lobster. I prevented a McDonald's restaurant explosion because of my acute observance of the malfunctions in the carbonation system. I have also been active in church cooking, bakery work, and camp food service.
