Hi! I’m Grace, and I love helping people learn how to cook in a way that is both healthy and enjoyable.
My approach to cooking is practical, creative, and rooted in good nutrition. I focus on helping you build real-life skills—how to prepare balanced meals, adapt recipes, and cook with confidence using wholesome ingredients. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve your habits, I tailor each lesson to your goals and lifestyle.
I have a strong interest in nutrition and special diets, and I enjoy helping students navigate things like gluten-free, dairy-free, and other dietary needs without sacrificing flavor or creativity. Cooking should feel achievable and flexible, not restrictive.
My lessons are supportive, step-by-step, and designed to help you feel comfortable in the kitchen. We can focus on meal planning, simple healthy recipes, or developing your creativity with food.
