About Sharna
Hello, I’m Sharna.
My interest in health and wellbeing comes from both my academic background and personal experiences. I studied Social Psychology and Criminology, which gave me a strong interest in human behaviour, motivation, personal development, and the factors that influence positive change.
Alongside my studies, I have spent many years learning about health, nutrition, exercise, and building sustainable habits. Through my own experiences with weight loss, fitness, and overcoming personal challenges, I understand how difficult it can be to make lasting lifestyle changes and maintain motivation when life becomes busy or stressful.
I believe wellbeing is about much more than numbers on a scale. It involves confidence, mindset, balance, self-care, and creating healthy routines that fit realistically into everyday life. My approach is supportive, encouraging, and free from judgement. I aim to help people build confidence in themselves, develop healthier habits, and work towards goals that improve their overall quality of life.
I am passionate about helping others recognise their strengths, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes at a pace that feels achievable and sustainable for them.

Hello, I’m Sharna.
I have an academic background in Social Psychology and Criminology, with particular interests in human behaviour, wellbeing, motivation, and personal development. I understand that improving wellbeing is not simply about following a plan; it is about building sustainable habits, developing confidence, overcoming setbacks, and finding an approach that works for the individual.
I am passionate about supporting others as they work towards their goals, whether that involves creating healthier routines, improving motivation, building self-confidence, developing a positive mindset, or making lasting lifestyle changes. I believe progress looks different for everyone, and my approach is supportive, non-judgemental, and tailored to each person’s circumstances and goals.
My aim is to help people feel empowered, encouraged, and capable of making positive changes that can improve their overall wellbeing and quality of life.
