About Akuphelo
I am akuphelo Klaas, I am a second-year student at the University of the Witwatersrand. I am doing a bachelor of health sciences and my major is health system sciences. I enjoy tutoring a lot and I believe that I bring about change in people's lives through tutoring. Becoming a tutor is been my dream since I was in high school. I always wanted to give back to the community so that learners can have additional information from young people like me who had similar experiences and can relate to theirsituations. I am where I am today because of tutoring.

I have tutored maths and physical sciences to grade 11 learners. My tutoring skills are unique because I use real-life situations to apply the theory learned. I ensure that the environment is good for everyone to raise their questions and ideas. I also give learners time to figure things out on their own before I provide answers and alternative methods so that they can be confident about their work.
