About the lesson

Not only University educated with a degree in Health Science fro UWO, but also 20 years of clinical experience in training and physical rehabilitation. Trained various athletes and non-athletes also. My teaching style is through demonstration and explanation. A typical lesson would involve assessment of clients and then creating a program specifically designed for them. Lastly learning to implement the program until a reassessment is required to continue client improvement.
