About Anna
Hello I'm Anna.
I am enthusiastic about nature and other cultures, feel free when hiking in the mountains and watching sunsets by the sea, I love walking barefoot, waking up in the open air and connecting with all kinds of people.
Yoga for me is to arrive with me, in my body, without thoughts, completely in being. I recharge my batteries on the mat - while flowing through the asanas and meditating in motion, silence or in the form of breathing exercises. My own experiences have made me feel how positive yoga has on body, mind and soul. In 2016 I decided to train as a yoga teacher and traveled to India for this. During the intensive training period, I was not only allowed to delve deeper into yoga and meditation practice, but also to get to know the roots and philosophy of this ancient wisdom doctrine better.
In addition, my health management studies with a focus on stress management gave me many tools for combining physical and mental health. I would like to share this knowledge with you and thus accompany you on your way to more satisfaction, energy and well-being :)
