About Carey-Ann
I am a health and well-being professional with over 14 years in the industry. I am also an NLP practitioner and Time Line therapy practitioner and able to assist in life coaching, meditation, relaxation and healthy lifestyle changes. I have been a trainer within the industry for a while and have taught a max of 30 students at one time, covering topics such as Anatomy & Physiology, Spa Business, Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligence.
