About Donna
With many years’ experience in the medical field, it has allowed me to grow and learn so much about healthcare. I want to be a part of sharing my knowledge by supporting clients with whatever goals they are trying to achieve. I’m a medical professional that likes to encourage others to learn and grow, keeping a commitment to practice all key principles delivering autonomy. Health and wellness are an important factor in our lives, so my passion and diligence to teach others about health and wellness would be a fulfilling opportunity assisting clients on how to take care of themselves from different perspectives. Providing services for self-directed learning and flexible pacing is a bonus to learn at a better pace. After looking back on my life, I have realized that health and wellness is a part of my journey because as a teenager I've always had an interest to assist my family and friends with health and wellness. Once I had received my training and credentials, I am a go-to person for a lot of people. It just brings me joy to help others in health and wellness.

My passion for teaching is respectfully engaging in learner autonomy and self-direction. Today, technology and innovation are imperative so adult learners taking the opportunity to educate themselves from an online platform is embracing a new way of learning. As an educator, I want to be a part of supporting adults with a health and wellness online course leading to choosing a specific career, personal, or life goals by acquiring new skills and knowledge. Being that I have a passion to teach and knowledge in healthcare, it would be a rewarding experience teaching adults about health and wellness. I have specialty working with the elderly.
Lesson Methods:
• Client meal and workout plan sessions are virtually and one on one
is optional at an increased fee
• Education on proper exercises
• Nutritional meal planning choosing from the best food groups
• Presentation for exercise and nutritional options
• Meditation practices for relaxation and exercise keeping the mind
and body connected
• In group participation for comments, ideas, or challenge discussions
at your own comfort
• A motivating environment supporting each other one at a time
