Hi, I'm April! I'm a certified Hatha and Somatic Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic wellness guide, and plant-based chef based in Costa Rica. I help people reconnect to their bodies and feel balanced through yoga, self-care, and healing food. Whether you're looking for gentle movement, personalized wellness support, or nourishing recipes, I offer a calm, supportive space for you to grow. My approach is heart-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in natural healing traditions.

Ready to feel more energized, nourished, and confident in your kitchen?
In these interactive cooking classes, I’ll guide you through simple, delicious recipes inspired by Ayurveda and plant-based healing. You’ll learn how to prepare food that supports digestion, balances your dosha, and brings joy to your daily meals.
Each class is:
Hands-on and practical (you cook with me!)
Focused on real, seasonal ingredients
Infused with Ayurvedic tips on food combining, spices, and digestion
Adaptable for gluten-free, dairy-free, or anti-inflammatory needs
You can join a 1:1 session or gather a few friends for a group class—great for beginners, families, or anyone looking to cook with intention and self-love.
