About Shea
My passion for movement brought me to this practice 8 years ago. What I fell in love with was the components of yoga that allowed me to be introspective and shed the layers that no longer served me. I believe yoga is a constant practice and there are consistent opportunities for growth and self-study. Additionally, I am a Shaman and most passionate about trauma work through movement-based practices. I am beyond excited to share the practice of yoga with you and look forward to our time together!

My name is Shea, I am RYT-200 graduate from Kindness Yoga in Orlando as well as trained by the Body Wise Foundation and Passion Yoga as a trauma-informed yoga instructor, and trained in finding the Feminine and Masculine energetic balance along with coaching couples and someone separately to get to their full enlightenment goals and find their ultimate truth within that is not with ego or personality or trauma but their truest self and also offer sound healing and Reiki and other meditation practices that will help bring your spirit guides closer
