I have been working as a maths teacher with Sheik for 5 years now. I have seen his skills advance from a classroom teacher to his present role as the ‘Achievement Director for Maths’. Sheik spent a couple of hours every week breaking down each topic into manageable chunks ensuring that she had a full understanding of the topic before moving on.
