I've known Dee for over 10 years!! He was my gym instructor at a time .. we used to call him the drill master!!.. helped me a lot in my weight loss journey and in weight training.. and even down the years I still contact him for tips on health and weight training.. He knows his stuff very patient very kind makes u laugh all the time and with doing so you realise you actually enjoy your workout it doesn't become a chore .. you look forward to working out.. I must say Dee is the best trainer anyone can have. Doesn't sugar coat says it as it is and if you are serious you will achieve your goal with him as a trainer
