About Ventura
With over 14 years of experience in UX, UI, and Visual and Motion Design, I’ve had the honor of collaborating with industry giants like Wells Fargo, Intapp, Factset, and Google. My work has spanned multiple sectors, from financial services and legal tech to healthcare and enterprise software, giving me a well-rounded perspective on what makes design impactful and effective. Each project I’ve tackled has been a new opportunity to blend creativity with strategy, crafting solutions that not only meet the brief but push the boundaries of what's possible.
My design philosophy revolves around storytelling and user experience, where every pixel has a purpose, and every interaction serves a larger vision. My Approach as a Tutor and How I Share My Knowledge

A Typical Lesson Plan:
A typical lesson starts with a brief overview of the concept we’re covering, such as UI/UX principles or specific design techniques. I provide live demonstrations of design tools, guiding students through the steps of creating a project. Depending on the student’s level, we might explore tasks like wireframing, prototyping, or motion design. I encourage active participation—students work on their own designs during the session while I provide feedback and guidance in real-time. Each lesson ends with a short recap, highlighting key takeaways and practical exercises to reinforce learning.
