My name is Maryam. I'm 20 years old currently taking a gap year from Nottingham University Malaysia. I have a foundation in engineering. I have work experience at Kumon as a teaching assistant. I'm tutoring kids math to fill in my spare time.

I focus on children understanding the concept rather than memorizing the step. I break concepts into simple, logical parts and explain using clear examples. I adjust my teaching pace based on the student’s learning style and regularly check on their understanding before moving on. I regularly teach kids at 15 and below.
