About Brigitte

A lifelong student of psychology and practical solutions for families and relationships. I love humans and have found us to be incredibly lovable and resilient… you just have to find the way to know who they really are in order to have good relationships with them, especially the ones you’re parenting.

“Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” I remember learning what this quote (from the bible, KJV version) really means. To me, it indicates that, if we are able to know the way a child should go (his bent) then we can study them and set them on the right course to have the precise interactions with life that they need to fulfill the plan for their journey here. This could look like realizing your child is gifted at music or science and providing the right experiences to bring out their gifts for a more fulfilling life.

About the lesson

First - assessment. You talk, I listen. Second - feedback. I tell you what I believe will help with each individual child. Third - you put it into practice. Fourth - you tell me what worked and we hone in on tools to continue helping you maintain peaceful authority in your family life.

I am incredibly grateful for the resources I found over my parenting career and want to share them with you to impact your family’s journey toward more peace, respect and fun in your interactions.
