About Christine
My approach to teaching is deeply rooted in patience, empathy, and a commitment to individualized instruction. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed when provided with the right tools and support. Over the years, I have worked with a wide range of special needs, including autism, Down syndrome, learning disabilities, and emotional and behavioral disorders. This experience has equipped me with a broad understanding of various educational strategies and interventions.
In my classroom, I strive to create an inclusive environment where every student feels valued and capable. I incorporate a variety of teaching methods and technologies to cater to different learning styles and needs. Collaboration with parents, caregivers, and other educators is also a cornerstone of my teaching philosophy, as it ensures a holistic approach to each child's education.
Outside of the classroom, I am committed to continuous professional development. I regularly attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest advancements in special education. This ongoing learning helps me to better serve my students and advocate for their needs.
