About Danielle
I have taught middle school math for ten years and absolutely love it! I believe all students are capable of understanding math and being successful with it. I really struggled with math as a young learner, and understand how it can seem extremely daunting. All it takes is patience, perseverance, and the right learning partner to make things click. I utilize a gradual release of responsibility. I use a lot of questioning techniques to find where students need support, and to help students problem solve instead of just giving answers. I believe all students are capable of understanding and finding success with mathematics. My lessons are for upper elementary to middle school age ranges.
