About Harper
"Truthfully, the first session can feel like a whirlwind as we assess your current level and set a clear trajectory for your improvement. We will utilise role play and dialogue practice to sharpen your conversational skills while addressing any specific gaps in your reading comprehension. You receive free access to my vocabulary and grammar notes, which function as your personal toolkit for self-directed study between our meetings. Because I hold an MA in Hispanic Studies, I bring a high level of academic rigour to your exam preparation for the DELE.
We will spend time dissecting interview preparation techniques to ensure you feel ready for any professional or academic challenge. Everything we cover is intended to build your autonomy as a speaker. I am eager to see how quickly you can achieve your proficiency objectives."

"Have you ever wondered why certain Spanish phrases resonate differently depending on the region? My path began with a Bachelor of Music and deepened into an MA in Hispanic Studies, which informs how I analyse the differences between Latin American and Castilian variants.
Over 13 years of experience, I have developed a deep appreciation for the mechanics of language that I now share with advanced learners, teens, and children. I structure my lessons to emphasise pronunciation and vocabulary building alongside the more technical aspects of grammar.
My academic background allows me to provide a rigorous framework for every student I work with. I find that connecting literature and music to language study provides a unique perspective that standard textbooks often lack. I am ready to guide you through the complexities of Spanish with total clarity and precision."
