About Sylvia

I love graphic design! I'm wired to think about the principles of design whenever I look at anything and I love seeing new beautiful ways of conveying information be added to the world every day. If you have a vision for design and just lack the skills and know how, I'd love to help you bridge that gap.

About the lesson

I taught myself to code websites 20 years ago as a kid, while also messing around with photo editing software, growing up with the industry and the software that fuels it. Along the way through experimentation, dedication and just a genuine interest to play around with various mediums, I've learned a lot that I'd love to teach you!

Sylvia's response
Brianna did a great job of jumping right into new concepts she was entirely unfamiliar with. Without knowing anything about coding before we started, she powered through and made an entire web page in two hours!

Sylvia is a fantastic teacher. She not only teaches the concept material in a clear way, she also explains the reasons why you do certain steps. Rather than just teach quickly and potentially skip things to get to the point, she makes sure you understand the full process and why you're doing what you're doing. I highly recommend Sylvia for teaching graphic design, website design, or whatever else she offers. Not only will you learn, it'll be a positive experience all the way through!
