About Elly
Since I was a kid, I've had an unwavering love for music. Growing up in the United Kingdom, I was exposed to a rich tapestry of musical genres and artists that shaped my musical tastes and aspirations.

Highly recommendI met Coach Elly through an Osteopath Doctor to prevent injuries from rowing competitions and to strength muscles. I recommend working with him for his knowledge and custom based excersizes your sport needs. As an athlete i required untraditiobal workouts and he was able to design a rowing excersize using elastic bands with equipments that replicats exactly what i needed.
The way he trains himself at the Gymnasium, its all focus, commitment & professionalism.
I have had the pleasure to discuss and share techniques with him... to the point where I have adopted some of his suggestions into my routines
