About Heng
I believe learning should be a positive and encouraging experience for every student. I always remind my students to read slowly, stay steady, and most importantly read with confidence. It is completely okay to make mistakes because learning is all about improving and growing from them.
I create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and trying their best. My goal is to help students build confidence in their abilities while strengthening their understanding step by step. I strongly believe that learning from mistakes helps students become better and more confident learners.

My approach to tutoring focuses on helping students understand concepts clearly while building their confidence in learning. I explain topics in a simple and structured way, followed by guided examples and practice questions. I also provide extra exercises to help students strengthen their skills and improve their understanding of the subject.
A typical lesson lasts about 1 to 1.5 hours or perhaps 2 hours, depending on the student’s needs and focus. During the lesson, I balance explanations and practice so students can apply what they have learned.
I have experience tutoring primary school students and often prepare additional practices and worksheets to support their learning. My lessons are mainly for students aged 6 to 12, focusing on building strong basic foundations in subjects such as Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu.
